Featuring in this film is the health care situation in Nigeria in the areas targeted by the Health Insurance Fund program. The Health Insurance Fund visited the local partner of the program in Nigeria, Hygeia, one of the target groups (the ‘Lady Mechanic’) in Lagos, and Kwara State. The film shows some of the improvements already made in the contracted clinics as well as clinics where improvement is yet to be undertaken.
